Knowing what is in your tanks and what you are selling
Fuel theft, measurement errors and undetected leaks cost Nigerian fuel operators significant amounts every year. An automatic tank gauge system that is correctly installed, accurately calibrated and connected to a wetstock reconciliation system removes the guesswork from fuel inventory and makes unaccounted losses visible — and findable.
We supply and install ATG systems and integrate them with the calibration data we produce from our tank calibration service. The system reports accurate inventory from the first measurement after commissioning, rather than operating with estimated or wrong calibration data.
We also supply and install fuel dispensers, and we can integrate remote monitoring that allows operators and depot managers to view tank levels and receive low-stock or anomaly alerts from outside the site.

From specification to live monitoring
Site assessment and system specification
We assess the number of tanks, tank types, available power supply and communications options to specify the right ATG system and monitoring configuration for the site.
Calibration (if required)
If the tanks are not yet calibrated, we carry out calibration first. ATG systems configured with incorrect calibration data report wrong inventory from the start. Calibration and ATG installation are most efficiently done together on a new installation.
Installation and wiring
ATG console, probes, communications cabling and power connections are installed. For dispensers, we handle the mechanical connection to the pump and the electrical wiring.
Configuration and commissioning
We configure the ATG with the correct product codes, calibration data and alarm thresholds. We verify that readings match stick readings before handover. Remote monitoring is tested and confirmed to deliver alerts to the configured destination.
